Privacy notice

This site is run by GSA LLC (RigLedger). It exists to collect one thing on purpose: the email address you type into a form. Here is what happens to it, and what our email provider records alongside it.

What we collect

The email address you enter into a signup form on this site, and the date you entered it. When you submit the form, Kit also records the IP address and browser the submission came from, the page and any referral tags in its address, and whether you confirmed. Emails we send through Kit carry open and click tracking, which Kit records against your address. If you never type into a form, we collect nothing.

Who stores and sends it

Kit (kit.com) stores the address and sends the email. Kit is our email service provider and processes the address on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

What we use it for

To deliver the file you asked for (Cost Per Mile Lite, or the bonus pack), and to send occasional RigLedger updates such as a corrected file, a new workbook, or a change to a rate table.

Unsubscribing

Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing stops all RigLedger email. Any file you already received stays yours.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share the list with anyone. We do not use it for anything other than the two purposes above.

Cookies and analytics

This site itself runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The signup form and the emails are provided by Kit, which sets what it needs to submit the form and records the submission and email-tracking details described above under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

Purchases happen on Etsy or Gumroad, under those stores' own privacy policies. Buying a file does not add you to this list; only typing your email into a form on this site does.
